Dreamlike RENAISSANCE-GOWN Borgia 44-46 - MittelalterlichesHere I offer you an absolutely beautiful single copy! I couldn't get much of the fabric used for the bodice and sleeves and there's not enough for a second gown. An italian renaissance dress for the high aristocracy from around 1450 - 1550. The upper section and the over sleeves consist of 100% cotton velvet and are in hours-long manual work completely embroidered with cream-coloured and golden beads! It is of course well-fed. The décolletage was set off completely with silver-coulored brocade-braid and the seam from the skirt up to the bustier was set off with copper-coloured braid.
Because of the lacing in the back the dress is variable in size and adjusts for size 44-46! The skirt is made of light-blue cotton, which has a very light weight.
The top sleeves are removable, they can be worn separately, or completely omitted. The sleeve cuffs are smoked and decorated with the cream braid. They are bound with brown satin-ribbons.
In the close shot you can see the unusual and superb embroidery on the upper sleeves! The sleeve cuffs are smoked and decorated with the copper braid. The dress has now a length of 160 cm and can - free of charge - be shortened on your desire measure. Technically conditionally color deviations from the original could arise to the photo! The bonnet doesn't belong to the offer! Something about the renaissance: During the renaissance the fashion prevailed large arbitrariness concerning the cuts and colors into. A uniform fashion did not give it. The clothes were considered as a sign of the own personality and individuality.
Care instructions: Careful hand washing, ironing from the left. Or give it to a chemical cleaning-shop.
