All international packages are shipped from Singapore via registered mail with tracking information and delivery confirmation. However, it is customer's responsibility to have their own parcels insured if necessary.

Packages are mailed on every Tuesday & Friday otherwise requested.

All packages are nicely and securely wrapped in bubble wraps with high quality durable mailers consist of 3 layers of polyethylene which is highly resistant to puncture, moisture, and tearing.

All packages are shipped from Singapore local mail with delivery time as below:

To Germany - takes between 8-10 working days
To France & Italy - takes about 9-20 working days.
