Hand knitted in 4ply, baby fingering, very soft acrylic yarn.

The foot, measuring 4 inches, 10 c.m., long has been knitted in garter stitch.
There is half inch, 1.25 c.m., of ribbing round the ankle.
Below the knee section measures 4.5 inches, 11.75 c.m., and has been knitted in a 2/2 cable rib.
There is 1.5 inch, 4 c.m., of 1/1 ribbing above the knee shaping.

I chose acrylic yarn to make these baby friendly in that they can be machine washed and tumble dried if you wish.
