Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein Collection designed this 'barbed wire' T-shirt for 'Designers against Aids'. It features a print of a black piece of barbed wire, both on the front and on the back of the shirt. Proceeds of the sales will be used to help DAA to continue their international aids awareness work.

This pure cotton and well fitting short sleeved t-shirt has been made sweatshop free by trendy brand American Apparel in downtown Los Angeles and has been printed sunfree in downtown Antwerp.
