Felt Cover for Child Health Record – size: ca. A5, covered with Vichy Check fabric in

~ dark blue/white

Name ~ will be customized and applied across the cover.
Up to 6 letters included, every additional letter at 1 Euro extra!!

Customized letters ~ please let me know which letter you would like to have created with either emblem, crown or star.

The cover is made of 100% cotton and felt and can be washed at up to 40°C.
