Die große Haarspange ist aus kanadischem Ahornmaserholz gefertigt, sie ist an der längsten Seite ca. 11,5 cm lang und 6,5 cm hoch. Das Holz stammt aus Nordamerika und ist von besonders guter Qualität und Schönheit. Diese Form ist für große Haarfülle gedacht. Die große Metallklammer ist 9,5 cm lang, ein hochwertiges französisches Produkt mit abgerundeten Kanten, damit das Haar nicht verletzt wird. Die Klammer ist an das Holz geschraubt, es besteht eine dauerhafte mechanische Verbindung und kann je nach Bedarf z.B. für LinkshänderInnen umgedreht werden.
