PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal: We accept PayPal payment.

Please be understood that we will ship upon receipt of payment, since we need to clear your payment before we post the items.

SHIPPING

All products will be shipped by registered Chilean Airmail (Correos de Chile) within 2 business days of the receipt of payment. I will be sure to package your items safely and deliver them promptly. Typically, orders will arrive to the destination address in 2-3 weeks. The amount of time that it takes for your order to reach its destination depends on several factors. One factor is your choice of shipping service.

Customers can choose to have their order shipped via express deliveries at a additional cost that will be determined individually, just contact me and I will send you a revised invoice. Postal insurance is available for an additional fee at the buyer's request. SAKTA Joyas is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Since your items will be shipped internationally, it is possible that you might be charged a Customs Duty by the government of your country. The rules and rates related to Customs Duty vary widely from country to country and it not possible for us to predict or control those. In case, the customer is charged a duty, then it is the customers responsibility to pay the same.

SAKTA Joyas cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local governments on orders delivered to countries other than Chile. Please note that while we will declare orders containing a gift message as "Gifts" on the Customs declaration, we cannot honor any requests to alter the declared value for an order.
