I ship items under Registered Mail to elsewhere through mailing service provided by Hong Kong Post. Customers are expected to bear all fees, taxes, duties and tariffs associated with the Customs in your own Country, as they are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes and duties are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Because of the requirement of Hong Kong Post, I will mark the parcel with the exact name of the major product group and exact amount will be declared.

All my items are packed with great care to ensure that they would arrive your place safely! However, you may wish to note that whenever the parcel goes into the Post Office, it is off my hands. Thus, please excuse me that I could not control the delivery time.

It is nice for you to allow one week for me to arrange mailing matter upon receipt of your full payment.

As the items are handmade, most of them are even one-of-a-kind, please kindly understand that I am unable to take responsibility of any lost or damaged packages/ items purchased after being sent off for shipping.

You may also wish to note that the shipping cost for all items and destinations includes more than just the price for transit. Packaging materials and mailers are also included in the shipping costs.

I will send invoice to you through PayPal, thank you. Please arrange payment on time, for ensuring your order being filled and shipping could then be arranged. All payments should be made within THREE days upon purchase, otherwise, I will cancel your order and the item would be released again to the general public.
