Ich hab da mal ne Frage... F: Wie ist die Versandkostenstaffelung bei Buttons? A: Staffelung der Versandkosten für Deutschland: 1-4 Button kosten 1,60 Euro
F: Kann ich jedes Buttonmotiv auch als Magnet oder Taschenspiegel bekommen? A: Ja, jedes meiner Motive ist sowohl als Button, Taschenspiegel als auch als Magnet verfügbar F: Fertigen sie auch individuelle Buttons mit meinem eigenen Motiv/Logo/Foto etc. an oder versehen die vorhanden Motive mit einem Namen meiner Wahl? A: Ja, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis nach Absprache kann ich euer Motiv in beliebiger Stückzahl für euch herstellen. Die grafische Bildbearbeitung des Motives ist inklusive. Auf Wunsch können meine Buttons auch mit Namen individualisiert werden. F: Sind die Versandkosten in den drei Polarkind Shops: Polarkind, Fleur-Noire und Polarkind Paper Design miteinander kombinierbar und werden verrechnet? A: Ja, soweit es logistisch möglich ist, fallen nur einmalig Versandkosten an. F: Kann meine Bestellung auch an eine Packstation oder Postfachadresse geliefert werden?
F: Warum wird paypal nur noch für Zahlungen aus dem Ausland angeboten? A: Leider haben sich viele Kunden nicht daran gehalten und auch unter einem Bestellwert von 10 Euro per paypal bezahlt. Deswegen hab ich paypal wegen der hohen Gebühren jetzt abgeschafft. Wenn es wirklich mal sehr schnell gehen muss, dann nutzt bitte den Dawanda-Gutschein, den ihr mit paypal bezahlen könnt oder meldet euch bei mir per PN. Danke für euer Verständnis. F: Was passiert, wenn ich den Kauf bestätigt habe und im nachhinein noch eine höhere Stückzahl/Individualisierung oder eine anderes Format möchte? Muss der Kauf dann storniert werden?
