This is what happened when I started mixing and matching vintage and modern fabrics. The rich brown fabric is a high quality 1980s suiting from my family's fabric store. The modern print is a decorator-weight cotton. The blend of both creates an interesting mix of textures for this original design. For added interest, and to pull the design together, I added a strip of the print to one end of each front and back piece. The flap is lined with the suiting fabric.

This is a roomy bag with three inside pockets for cell phone, pens, and small items. There's a swivel hook for your keys. The single strap is padded for extra comfort.
Reinforced stitching on all stress points.

Measurements: 15 inches (38.10 cm) side to side and 11.5 inches (29.21 cm) deep. The drop on the flap is about 7 inches (17.78 cm) from the top seam to the point. The strap is 36 inches (91.44 cm) end to end. Three inside pockets are each 4 inches (10.16 cm) deep by 2.5 inches (6.35 cm), 4.5 inches (11.43 cm) and 2.5 inches wide.
