Our first cooperation makes a set of various flower buttons meet with a matching faltehalter. All these pieces were designed only for this cooperative set and all are unique.

My flowers are actually a side-product of my sewing. I always try to use up all my materials and to follow a basic principle of recycling. That's why I use small pieces of fabric, leftovers, and buttons that I find on fleemarkets and junk-shops. So each flower is unique and proof of the possibilities that lie with even the smallest and inconspicuous things //

The folding-technique is my own, coincidental invention. The faltehalter is made from one piece of paper and has a very strong and stable structure. It combines simplicity, utility, design and flexibility. For transport or storage it can be folded flat – and later unfolded again.
Each Faltehalter is handfolded by me from selected, sometimes handprinted paper //
