This card is from an original watercolor, by me, DS Irvin, titled "A Lucky Glass of Burgundy" illustrating a red wine loving Lucky Neko Kitty.

Most of my cards come with a small story, written at the time the original artwork is created. This is printed on the backs of the cards, along with the title of the piece and date it was created. They are hand signed "DS Irvin" which is how I sign my original prints and artwork and are hand numbered - this one is #6. The story for this artwork reads: "This fun loving Neko’s favorite hangout is in the vineyard, he’s right at home sipping his favorite varietal and is especially fond of full bodied red vintages. He’s sitting atop his golden pillow and holding a lucky bunch of Golden Grapes."

This open edition ACEO (which stands for Art Cards, Editions & Originals) measures the standard 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and is laminated. I choose to laminate cards which are prints and don't include any hand enhancing or painting as it makes them far more durable, increasing their longevity, and enriches the colors.

This card was printed with a color laser printer on acid free cover stock. My ACEO cards are in no way mass produced, I print, laminate, and hand cut each one in my studio. The ghosted watermark does not appear on the actual print.
