I send all international parcels by Royal Mail 'Airmail' (which takes about 4-6 days within Europe) in tubes made from 100% recycled board.

Ich versende alle internationalen Lieferungen mit Royal Mail Luftpost (was ca. 4 bis 6 Tage innerhalb Europas dauert) in Roehren, die aus 100% wiederverwerteter Pappe gemacht sind.

Je envoyer les colis internationaux par avion Royal Mail (ce qui prend environ 4-6 jours pour l'Europe) dans des tubes fabriqués à partir de carton recyclé à 100%.

Refunds and Exchanges
If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, let me know. If an item is lost or damaged in transit I will replace it ONCE. If you feel, for whatever reason, you are entitled to a refund, please contact me. I do my best to be amenable :-). However, I cannot refund used decals (for obvious reasons).
