Wenn ich mehrere Artikel kaufe, zahle ich dann auch mehrmals Versandkosten? Nein, natürlich nicht. Selbstverständlich passen wir mit der Bestellbestätigung die Versandkosten an, wenn du mehrere Artikel kaufst. Die Staffelung der Versandkosten findest du auf dem Reiter "Bezahlung & Versand". Leider macht das DaWanda nicht automatisch - und zeigt dir zuerst die aufsummierten Versandkosten an. Bitte lass dich davon einfch nicht irritieren - mit der Bestellbestätigung erhältst du in jedem Fall die angepassten Versandkosten. Wie ist das mit der Paypal-Gebühr, warum fällt diese an?
Ich möchte einen Button in einer höheren Stückzahl bestellen als er bei euch im Shop eingestellt ist. Ist das möglich? Das ist überhaupt kein Problem! Kauf dazu bitte ganz normal den eingestellten Button und hinterlass beim Kauf einfach eine kurze Notiz im Mitteilungsfenster zur gewünschten Stückzahl. Wir passen den Kaufbetrag dann in der Bestellbestätigung dementsprechend an. Kleiner Tipp zusätzlich: Oft lohnt vorab auch ein Blick in unseren Shop, denn dort haben wir die meisten Buttons mehrmals eingestellt! Kann ich mir bei euch auch einen oder mehrere Buttons nach meinen eigenen Vorstellungen anfertigen lassen?
Ja, wir bieten auch Buttons mit deinem individuellen Motiv, Spruch oder Foto an.
Schau mal in unseren Shop, hier findest du sowohl die Möglichkeit, einen einzelnen Button nach Wunsch bei uns zu bestellen, als auch vorgefertigte "Pakete" mit individuellen Buttons in verschiedenen Stückzahlen. Bitte beachte, dass sich die dazu angegeben Preise so verstehen, dass du die Gestaltung des/r Button/s selber übernimmst. Wahlweise können auch wir das gegen eine geringe Gebühr von 5,– Euro aber auch für dich übernehmen.
Ich möchte einen Button in leicht abgewandelter Form bestellen, also z.B. in einer anderen Farbe oder mit einem etwas anderen Text als abgebildet - ist das möglich?
