These are miniature crocheted and fully jointed teddy bears made with lots of tiny crochet stitches using a variety of threads or thin yarns. Some of them show off the crochet stitches and the ones made from mohair or acrylic yarn can be brushed for a wonderful fuzzy look. These bears are not toys, they are wonderful woks of art for teddy bears collectors.

I have included in this book six patterns. They are my own creations. The first two are very easy: the bears have straight arms and legs. The next two have bent arms, and the last two are a little more complicated. Each of these patterns will add to your knowledge and enjoyment of the art of thread teddy bears. The instructions are easy to follow, each pattern has a diagram to assemble the bear and color photographs of the finished bear.

It is a soft cover book coil bound, 8.5” x 11” with full color pictures. Printed in heavy paper #80 and glossy cover. It has 46 pages. The book is new.

A LITTLE ABOUT THREAD MINIATURE BEARS

Thread mini bears are miniature crocheted and fully jointed teddy bears made with lots of tiny crochet stitches using a variety of threads or thin yarns. Some of them show off the crochet stitches and the ones made from mohair or acrylic yarn can be brushed to get a wonderful fuzzy look.

My name is Edith Molina. I started making bears in 1989 from synthetic fur and real fur, but a few years ago I found thread mini bears on the Internet and they captured my heart! I have been making the patterns of the thread teddy bears I design and crochet for several years now. I have designed more than 30 patterns.

The instructions are easy to follow, the patterns have a diagram to assemble the bear and color photographs of the finished bears.
