DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS: 1) Photos - Photos are taken to represent the actual item as much as possible. However, please bare in mind that depending on the day and the time the photos are taken the color may be slightly lighter or darker than the actual item. 2) Texture - If the item uses "wadding", it usually means that the fabric is a patchwork-weight cotton. This means that the item (e.g. pencil zipper pouch) is soft and can be made flat when empty. Conversely if an "interlining" is used, the fabric is generally thicker so that the pouch / bag will stand on its own. PURCHASE INFO: 1) Payment - I accept payment via Paypal. If the payment is not received after 3 working days, the transaction will be deemed as void. Please convo me if you are having a problem with Paypal etc. within three days. I am more than happy to reserve your item longer. 2) Shipping - Orders will be shipped everyday within 48 hours after payment except Saturdays and Sundays. I usually use UK Royal Mail small packet airmail. This has no guarantee nor trackable. Please let me know if you would like me to ship your item in any other way. 3) Returns are generally unavailable unless there is a) gross misrepresentation or an error in what was shipped or b) product defect (not caused by shipping (see below). If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me! 4) Should an item has any defects, the customers must contact Cotton & Cloud within 14 days of purchase stating the nature of the defect. On agreement the customer may return the products within 3 days in unused and perfect condition. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. 5) If the item is returned, the original purchase amount (excluding the shipping) is reimbursed. If the item is exchanged, the differences are charged / reimbursed. 6) Cotton & Cloud does not accept returns/exchanges of items damaged or lost during shipping. Thank you very much.
