Cancellation and return policy

* I have a 7 day repair & exchange policy if the item has a defect or you are truly dissatisfied. If I am unable to repair the item in question, I will offer a credit. Item(s) must be returned unworn in original condition and packaging with tags intact (Buyer will pay the shipping & insurance for the exchange or return)
* For safety reasons, I am unable to exchange or return earrings, sorry!
* Ultimately, I will do what I can to make you "VERY" happy. So if you have "ANY" problems with your purchase, please contact me ASAP so I can resolve the issue at hand!


Postage and payment policy

* I accept both PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD through PAYPAL.

* To use your CREDIT CARD and not a PayPal account (you DON'T need to sign up to make a payment), choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the next page to use your credit card.

* WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY IN?
All orders are shipped in a ANTI-TARNISH zip bag. I recommend that you store your new purchase in this zip bag, not only will it keep your jewelry protected, it will also keep your jewelry from tarnishing for a minimum of 2 years!

SHIPPING IN USA
* I will ship your item within 1 to 3 days after payment is received
* I use the address you choose during the PAYPAL checkout
* I will also include delivery confirmation for items over $30.00.
* Shipping within the US is by First Class Mail (2-5 days) for any number of items in one order. If you'd like your order to be shipped by Priority or Express Mail, please notify me.
* I always recommend adding insurance. If you would like to add it, notify me and I will add $1.65 for up to $50, $2.05 up to $100 (I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping). I DO NOT automatically insure your package, you must request it.
* California residents will pay sales tax through Paypal

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
* I ship First Class International from USPS (this method does not include any sort of tracking). Your order should generally arrive within one to three weeks after payment is received, however, delivery times may be longer to some locations. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I strongly recommend using Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery time). Delivery times for Priority Mail packages are more reliable & include insurance. Contact me before ordering for this option.
* Orders to most countries can be insured through Priority Shipping, which is strongly recommended (I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping).
* International customers, I ask that you please acquaint yourself with your particular countries customs regulations. You may be liable for duties and taxes depending on your country's laws.
