All jewellery will be sent in a presentation box using the Royal Mail signed for service.

Cancellation and return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery you may return it within 7 days. The item must be returned in perfect condition in it's original packaging for a full refund less paypal charges and original postage.

I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post and therefore recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery (or similar) and obtain a proof of posting.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, please return it within 7 days for a full refund or replacement or repair.

Postage and payment policy

All items will be despatched within 3 days of receiving payment. If there is going to be a delay for any reason I will let you know as soon as possible.

Postage is included in all prices.
