Also for those who wish to know, I am a one woman operation not a Dawanda factory. I make every item I list, I do all the listing and shipping, and you communicate directly with ME when you have a question. You are not just a sale to me, you are a customer, and it is imperative that good relations be maintained.

*** Ordering ***
If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
I aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the products. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours as monitor settings vary from computer to computer

*** Privacy Policy ***
I never disclose customer information to third parties unless for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, such as courier services.
Information collected by me to process your order includes name, address, telephone number and email address. As your credit/debit/online payments are received via PayPal we never have access to your credit/debit card details. Should you have any concerns regarding how Paypal use your information please see their website to view their own Privacy Policy.

I aim to offer the highest standard of service at all times, however if you are unhappy with our service pleasecontact me through Dawanda.
I aim to respond to all complaints within 24hours of receipt, not including weekends.


Cancellation and return policy

If you would like to cancel an order please notify me as soon as possible quoting the names of products purchased.
If the item has already been dispatched please return the package un-opened. Your payment will be refunded as soon the item arrives back with me. Until the item reaches me it remains your responsibility. I therefore suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items. I regret that I cannot refund any postage costs.


Postage and payment policy

At this moment in time, I only accept paypal and money transfers into my German bank account.

Payment must be received in full and funds cleared before the item will be dispatched from my studio

*** Postage ***
I send all of my products using DHL online franking, and Deutsche post and I use good quality packaging to ensure that your piece arrives with you safely. Items are posted Monday to Friday only. I aim to process and post out your order within 2 working days.

***Postage Rates***
Postage costs shown, are dictated as the MAXIMUM that you will be charged for that particular item. In the event of postage being cheaper - the costs will be confirmed along with your purchase.
