Cancellation and return policy

All of my items are shipped in gift boxes to protect the jewelry.

Items will be shipped the day after payment is received.

Please note that inside the US my shipping charge is $3.00. I haven't had a chance to ship anything internationally. The international shipping charge is an estimate and I will confirm the actual cost and you will then have the opportunity to make the decision if you would still like to purchase.

I am very careful to make sure my pictures and description are very detailed and clear. Please look carefully at the picture, read the description and email me with any questions you might have on an item before purchasing. If you purchase something that you are not satisfied with, please contact me for an address to ship it back to at your (buyers) cost. As soon as I've received the item back, I will issue a gift certificate that will be mailed or emailed (buyers preference) for the cost of the item to be used on any Amy Sue Designs product.

Please note that any item that a buyer wants to return must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt in order to be eligible for the gift certificate.
