Cancellation and return policy

Orders can be cancelled for any reason within 24 hours. Refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, due to sanitary concerns, I cannot accept returns on earrings. Returned items must be in new, unworn and unused condition.


Postage and payment policy

Currently, I only accept payment via PayPal (you can use a credit card and do not have to have a PayPal account). I appreciate immediate payment, or immediate initiation of the payment process, but will hold your order for up to 48 hours if you decide not to pay right away. If payment is not received within this time frame, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Many of my items are made to order. I will make every effort to ship your purchase within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If you choose to pay check, e-check or money order, I will wait for the payment to clear. Custom orders and some made-to-order items might take a little longer.

Orders ship from the US. Orders within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with Certificate of Mailing.

I am not responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged in transit. However, I will investigate missing packages and make every attempt to locate it and resolve the issue. In most cases, a replacement item or refund will be sent. These are at my sole discretion. A package is not considered lost for 30 business days from the date it is sent (US orders), and 45 business days for International orders. If an item with delivery confirmation is reported missing, but is confirmed received via the tracking number, no refund or replacement will be issued.

International buyers, please be aware that you might incur customs charges or duties.

Please note that in order to save paper, I normally do not include a printed invoice. I will include one upon request, however.
