The plants l use and produce can all be found on the list of recognised medicinal plants.
I am currently doing a course to become a herbalist and in the meantime all my blends have been certified by ARH in Paris.
Assa-i is my nickname in capoeira angola, which l've been practising for over 10 years now with contra-mestre Dorado at Cajueiro in Bordeaux. Açai is an Amazonian fruit which has many virtues.
in life- capoeira and my plants under one name, Assa-i.
Plants are, like ourselves, a living organisim, so when we drink a herbal tea to heal or nourish our bodies, the plant's energy is also absorbed, which is why l put a lot of love into my work with the plants.
A recipe to try! Put a teaspoon of dried plants in a saucepan, add cold water and bring to the boil. Just as it starts to simmer, remove from heat and cover. Leave for 7 to 10 minutes. Inhale and observe the plants and flowers then pour out using a tea strainer and taste!
You can add honey when using blends containing thyme.
I recommend that you chose the "pack" option, either 1 plant/2 plants or more rather than an individual sachet for several reasons:
1-Discount for 3 sachets or more bought (4€/per sachet).
2-It is recommended not to drink the same herbal tea on a regular basis without seeking medical advice.
3-Reduced carbon footprint.
Advice given is recommendation only and cannot replace that of a Doctor or qualified Therapist.
Some of the blends contain seeds or plants which are not grown in Europe. My suppliers are farming colleagues who l chose to work with as we share the same work ethic; fair trade for all.
