AuldhooseCrafts are about creating and sharing quality handmade items that everyone can afford. They are lovingly made here in Scotland in my studio (hoose) which is smoke-free and alas pet-free.

Cancellation and return policy

I want you to love your purchase and return to my shop time and again. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I will gladly accept the return of your item(s)in its original condition and your payment will be refunded (shipping costs will not be refunded). Please communicate with me within 3 days of delivery as after 3 days sales are final. Sorry but I cannot be responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Postage and payment policy

Payment should be made within 7 days of purchase. Paypal is my preferred choice as it is safe and secure. It will not cost you anything to use paypal for your purchases from me. If you don't want to use paypal please let me know and I will try and work something out. Overseas purchases must be paid using Paypal.

Thank you for your purchase. Items will be shipped as soon as is possible upon receipt of payment. I ship worldwide with Royal Mail. Please check with me if you are uncertain about anything. Sorry, but I m not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
