I want you to be happy with your jewellery. However, if your jewellery arrives with you damaged, please notify me WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. I will make every effort to ensure the situation is rectified so that you are happy with your purchase.

Cancellation and return policy

You must express your wish to return goods or cancel your order by contacting me at info@babushkajewellery.co.uk. You will then be notified of the returns address.
If returning an item, please include a note, giving the reason for the return and quote the Order No., along with your name and address. If the item is faulty or damaged, please give a full description of the fault. Wrap the package securely to avoid damage during transit.
