Cancellation and return policy

Our customers are important to us and so we will replace any item that you're not happy with. Please ask all questions before placing your order.

If you do return an item you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. The item must be returned to us in the condition that it was received.

Postage and payment policy

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 5 days of receipt and payment of order, or earlier if the item is in stock. Contact us if you have a rush order. Please note that Canadian residents will be charged appropriate taxes. International buyers are responsible for paying any additional duty or customs fees.
