Cancellation and return policy
At Bea Jareno Jewellery we stongly believe in customer care and service, therefore we advise you to check your order thoroughly upon delivery.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purcharse, you can return it within 7 days from the date you received your order, however please let us know within the time period.
Bea Jareno Jewellery will not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and the original delivery charge won't be refunded, in case of exhanges, a new delivery charge will be added.
We will appreciate a reason for returning an item, please return the jewellery in it's original packaging.
We recommend that you use a Special Delivery insured delivery service as you are responsable for the item/items until it reaches us. We will not accept responsability for item/items lost or stolen in transit.
Postage and payment policy
At Bea Jareno Jewellery we aim to despatch your item/items as soon as possible. Please note, all our jewellery is handmade in the UK specially for you and therefore, sometimes, we might take a bit longer to deliver, depending on the volume of the work and the time of the year. Most pieces are available for despatch within 1 to 2 working days after payment is made.
Yor item will be despatched as a Special Delivery, this service is insurance and guarantees delivery the day after despatch and will need your signature upon receipt at a cost of 9.00 euros, combined shipping at 8.90 euros.
Overseas deliveries will be despatched as 'Sign for' for 12.00euros, combined shipping at 11.90. This service will need your signature upon receipt.
Delivery times can vary depending on the country, so please allow 7 to 10 working days.
Bea Jareno Jewellery reserves all the rights to change any postage charges at any time.
All jewellery will be sent in a box along with a printed card signed by Bea Jareno Jewellery.
