Please ensure that you state clearly the address where the item is to be sent if it is different from the address registered with Etsy or Paypal.

Unless specified, all my items are made to order once payment is received.
As mentioned above, I aim to ship orders as soon as possible within the dispatch period (aim of 1-3 days), but some periods are busier than others and I also have my own little ones to look after, so please bear with me!

Within the UK all orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a proof of postage. Where cost allows I will send via the signed-for service, but this is not my standard postage policy. If you would prefer Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery please contact me prior to making payment as there may be additional postage costs to cover this.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS - during promotions, items will be sent via 2nd class standard post for UK orders and by standard international airmail for international orders. Please see below for info on insurance for these services.

International orders are sent via regular Airmail and, depending on the country you live in, can take in excess of 20 business days to arrive. I do not usually send parcels via priority or tracking mail, but there is an option at checkout for this. This option is recommended for international customers as items can very occasionally go missing in the post and tracking ensures that we know where they are, but also insures the parcel up to £50. Normal Airmail packages are only insured up to a value of £20 if they go missing.

Please remember that if you are ordering internationally you are the importer and you are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes or charges that you country’s import laws impose. Please contact your customs office and check that you are aware of these prior to placing an order as I cannot advise on these matters.

All items are carefully checked and wrapped in a clear cello presentation bag with product label and sent in a bright mail bag. Please state if your order is a gift and I will include a note.
