Please Note: The following terms and conditions do not override your consumer protection rights under UK law.

Before ordering please read FAQ and How To so that your familiar with what and what the product can and can not do to avoid any misunderstanding or unexpected disappointment as we have no wish to mislead or provide goods that are not fit for the purpose intended.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments on line.

You may buy over the Internet using those credit and debit cards indicated else where or you can send cheque, money order, bankers draft, postal order (in UK pounds sterling only) direct to the address shown below.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect BENPORIUM in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Cancellation and return policy

DELIVERY

Please note that we don't charge any extra to cover shipping or handling it is all ready included in the price you pay.

Orders are normally dispatched within one working for standard items and are sent by first class post within the UK and should be delivered within three to four working days. but please allow up to 7 working days

Orders outside the UK are sent by first class airmail and should be delivered within a week to ten days ideally sooner but please allow up to 28 days.

Commissioned orders please allow an extra 48 hours to the delivery times posted above.

You will be informed by E-mail that the goods have been dispatched.

Benporium guarantee your satisfaction.

RETURNS

Benporium will refund the purchase cost on all items unused and still sealed in their original wrapping and envelope within 30 days of purchase.

Benporium will replace all faulty items free of charge prior to their use up to 30 days of purchase.
