Insurance on your package is not included in shipping costs, but can be added to the invoice upon your request.

Cancellation and return policy

Your order will ship 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

All packages are mailed First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

You will be provided with your tracking number after your parcel has been send.

~ Estimated shipping time to the U.S is 7-12 business days and within E.U 3-10 business days.

* Return policy *
Everything in my Dawanda shop can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. You may return it in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
