Cancellation and return policy

-Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must also be in its original condition.

-Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping.

-Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

LOST PACKAGES
-If a package goes missing I will replace the item(s). If an item(s) cannot be replaced I will issue a full refund.

-Tracking is provided on all domestic packages.

- Tracking is not provided on international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive. International packages will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipping.

-Items are shipped within one week of cleared payment via USPS First Class Mail.

-Shipping charges include tracking to protect both you and me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
-Items are shipped within one week of cleared payment via USPS First Class International.

-I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
