I ship to the address given in your DaWanda purchase, as it is written by you at the time of sale. Please ensure it is correct.

I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

I ship Letter or Small Parcel for International orders, the day after reciept of funds.

The cost of shipping includes shipping,handling and packaging.

***Shipping does not include tracking or insurance unless it is stated in the listing.***

If you require insurance or shipping with a tracking number please contact me prior to purchase/payment to get your rate.

To Canada-Up to 3 weeks

Within the US-Up to 1 Week

International other than Canada -2-8 weeks depending on location and Customs.

Cancellation and return policy

!!! IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

Thank you for your purchase from Dante's spirit. Be sure to check back often as new designs are created weekly and listed often!

All photos are as close in color and representation as can possibly be. Some colors may be darker than shown, some maybe lighter than shown. If in doubt, do not hesitate to convo me and ask, PRIOR TO PAYMENT IF POSSIBLE.

If you have ANY scent allergies, please put it in a message in your payment invoice, so I know to use the unscented sensitive skin type Downy prior to packaging any fabric type items instead of the scented Downy I normally use. Thank you!

I ship via FedEx 2 day Economy within the US. I ship regular first class International. Postage either way, is NOT cheap. My shipping prices reflect this, and cover packaging costs as well.

Postage and payment policy

I prefer to be paid ASAP via PayPal. Your package is immediately sent out the following day, unless it is a weekend. If your purchase was made and paid for on a weekend, International orders will be sent out on Sat(if bought on Friday) or the next business day, unless a holiday.

All US orders go out Monday-Friday, via FedEx, the day after payment has been received, excluding weekends. No US orders are sent out on Weekends.
