Postage and payment policy
We only accept payment through Paypal for international buyers. Singapore buyers can pay us through bank transfer if you want. Message us for the rates.
♦ Payment has to be made within 3 days of purchase. Prices are as it is, there is no additional tax.
♦ If you need more time for payment, please let us know.
We ship from SINGAPORE. Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.
♦ Orders will be shipped to address as per the Dawanda transaction email. If you would like us to ship to another address, please indicate.
♦ It normally takes between 4-14 working days(Sat, Sun, and holidays not included) depending on your location.
- To the US, UK, Germany and Canada - between 8-12 working days
- To Asia - 4-6 working days
- Rest of Europe - 8-14 working days
♦ The time of delivery is estimated, there might be delays sometimes due to certain reasons which I cannot account for. I seek your understanding in this matter. If you still do not receive your order in 3-4 weeks' time, please let us know.
♦ All country will be shipped via registered airmail. A signature is needed from receiver. If you prefer regular mail, please let us know.
♦ Shipping fees include postage, packing materials and handling fees. We try if possible to recycle. We do recycle bubble wraps from suppliers and boxes that we have or can find.
