Terms & Conditions

Each piece of jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in EVY Designs Gift boxes, I include little information cards giving details of the materials used in your purchase.

Cancellation and return policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please e-mail me, I do accept returns, any item must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and sent by a trackable postage method,(recorded delivery). Upon receipt, a refund will be made for the purchase price of the item minus the return postage costs.

Please note that this does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.

Postage and payment policy

Payment can be taken by cheque and bank transfer (pounds sterling only) as well as Paypal. Orders cannot be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cleared.

UK orders are posted out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.
