Where do I put my personalization details? // How can I request custom order?
PERSONALIZATION: if you would like to add personalization to your jewelry piece, please leave us your message in "Order detials" message at the check-out or contact us directly in conversation or on: hello@feinfein.com
CUSTOM ORDERS: We love working on bespoke orders. We design jewelry pieces based on individual ideas of our customers, like shapes, logos etc. We also offer laser-engraving. Please feel free to contact us with your idea - we are always happy to help.
Production time // Standard shipping time // Rush shippings
1. Our standard lead (production) time is between 4-5 business days.
2. Orders with UPS Express shipping are sent in 2 business days (except gold-plated items, which will be discussed individually with customer).
3. RUSH SHIPPINGS: please contact us if your are in a rush – we may have your item ready for shipping in 1-2 business day.
4. Pre-Christmas (Novermber and December) the timings might be a longer.

Can you engrave on the back of the items?
Most of our items may be engraved on the back. If the item is able to be personalized on the back, your will find this information in the listing description.

What are the differences between surface finish.
*** Light mat is regular, delicate finish with elegant look. The most recommended, you may see this finish on all our product pictures.
*** Polished surface is like a mirror - sterling silver is the most reflective metal. This finish is a perfect mirror.
Deep and light mat are quite durable for scratches and finger prints. Polished surface is unfortunatelly much more vulnerable, because of its mirror-like.

BULK ORDERS: If you would like to purchase several of your favorite designs or make a bulk order for your groomsmen please contact us first. We will be happy to offer you a discount.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES: you are always welcome to contact us. Please provide us with your full business details, designs and quantities you need - we are happy to set up great cooperation and prices. We work with our retail partners always under FEINFEIN brand. All items are hallmarked, come in brand packaging as FEINFEIN original product.
Gift wrapping and packaging.
Each FEINFEIN jewelry piece is provided in elegant packaging, dedicated as as a gift box. If you require some additional gift wrapping or gift note/card please contact us.
Do you ship internationally? Do I need to pay customs/duties/taxes on international orders?
We ship worldwide in a daily basis. We typically ship every day to the US, Canada, UK, Australia and around Europe.
If necessary the Buyer pays all customs duties and/or taxes on international orders.
In most countries duties fees do not apply for our items, because of orders value - US, Canada, Australia have higher duty free limits than usual order value.
All European Union orders are duty free, because Poland is EU member and part of duty free zone.
Care instructions
925 sterling silver as each precious metal requires appropriate caring. Too keep your silver jewelry shining remember to store it correctly, preferable in a closed FEINFEIN box, without contact with an air, light or humidity.
Inside your FEINFEIN jewelry box (under a black inlay) you will find 2 special wipes to taking care of jewelry: the scratchy one is to refresh mat surface of sterling silver, the second cloth is for polished surfaces. The scratchy wipe, if necessary, please use gently rubbing on the same direction as original mat lines.
What kind of materials do you use for making the jewelry? Is there any Nickel in any of our jewelry?
We work only with precious metals. All items are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver, certified by ISO 9001:2000. Our jewelry is NICKEL FREE.
Each item is hallmarked by designer’s signature assign by The Assay Office, 925 probe and FEINFEIN logo.
We are certain that the quality of jewelry is constituted through precious metal, which brings out the detail and highlights the design.
Is it possible to engrave graphics or logo on items?
Yes, we may engrave your graphics design, handwriting or your logo on jewelry.
