Refunds and exchanges are accepted upon receipt of returned item (in its original condition) and within a reasonable amount of time. Return shipping is your responsibility

I'm sorry but custom switch plates are not refundable.

Postage and payment policy

I shipped via registered mail, meaning you have to sign for the item when it's there. It provides a security that order will reach buyers. I normally ship within 2 working days.

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees

I give an estimate date of arrival for each country when I've shipped your order BUT - unexpected things can happen - like random custom controls which can take up to six weeks. Please, keep that in mind. I can't guarantee, just hope :)
