Terms & Conditions

All items are shipped via de dutch post. This means, packages under 2kg go uninsured and not registered. Therefore there is no tracking number. I can not be held responsible for damaged, or lost items.
However, if you would like your parcel to be insured, registered and with a tracking number, it can be arranged adjusting the sending costs (according to the dutch TNT post fees).
If you buy two or more of my products, do contact me beforehand so I can figure the best shipping possibility, that way it is cheaper for you.

Cancellation and return policy

I do not refund. I will exchange items, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. This, unfortunately, I've learnt the hard way!
Once the item has been shipped, there is no chance of changing your mind and canceling your purchase.

Postage and payment policy

Postage fees are according TNT Post NL.
It will be indicated for each item. Combined shipping is allowed, but I need to know this beforehand. So, contact me, please.
Payment is done via PayPal and bank transfer for European customers. Once I see your payment on PayPal account, the items you bought are shipped. Standard way of handling this, right?
