We cannot guarantee that there won't be delays in transit, but in the event your package does not arrive by mail in the alloted time please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to investigate the matter for you.
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please contact us if you wish to place insurance on your item and we will add it to the cost of shipping.
Our virtual doors are always open to our customers so please don't hesitate to email us if you have questions or concerns and we will do our best to respond right away.


Cancellation and return policy

While we will review each transaction on a case by case basis, in general we do not offer refunds.
In the event that you need to return an item, we will do exchanges provided the original item is returned to us in the condition it was sent and provided the cost of the return ship is paid for by the customer.
We will normally ship items the same day or the day after it is purchased, providing of course the post office is open. If you need the item by a specific date, please inform us via email so that we may try to accomodate you and provide you with an adjusted shipping rate.
