Cancellation and return policy
Damaged Goods:
Entire Order Value would be refunded if you receive the products in damaged condition. The intimation of damage should be received by us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. The refunds would be processed after the products are returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment. We will bear the return shipping charges if the parcel is shipped back through Registered Government postal service.
Return of Goods for Size, Color or Choice of Stones:
No Returns will be accepted for goods which do not fit your size, color or other requirements. The goods delivered to you will be as per the size, color and design you see in the pictures on the respective product listings.
Postage and payment policy
Postage Policy:
Shipping Method - 7-10 Day Air Shipping. All orders will be shipped from India.
The orders would be packed in the most appropriate packaging material to assure 100% damage proof delivery.
I normally ship within 4 days from the date of receipt of payment unless mentioned otherwise.
A Confirmation email on the receipt of order and receipt of payment and the date when the order is shipped (upon request) would be sent to keep you up-to-date with the status on your order.

Payment Policy:
I accept most of my payments through Paypal.
If you wish to Pay by Mode other than Paypal, you can make payments through your Credit Card directly. Please send me your email id with your request for making payments other than Paypal. I will then send you a Paypal invoice on your email id for the items you wish to purchase.
The steps for payment are as follows:
1. The email you received is the Payment Invoice sent through Paypal. It will contain a link to proceed for payments. Click on this link.
2. Clicking on the link will take you to the Paypal page where you will again see the invoice details. Click on the button 'Proceed".
3. This will take you to the Paypal login page. You do not need to login into Paypal. Instead on the same page you will notice a link which says something like "Make Payments Using Credit Card or Bank Account without logging into Paypal". It should be towards to the lower left of the check in box. Click on that link.
4. This will take you to the credit card payment form. You can now insert your details here and make the payments.
Also, please send me your shipping address and telephone number through the Etsy Convo. I will require to mention them on the order parcel.
