We accept PayPal, credit cards through Paypal and money orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Just go to PayPal and follow the instructions on paying with a credit card.
After 5 days (USA) and 7 days (All other) without payment, the sale will be cancelled, and negative feedback for non-payment will be left.
Cancellation and return policy
*If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can work with you.
*BREAKAGE: We take great care in our packaging, however it is possible that an item may crack during shipment (we have shipped over 40 pieces and have had only one break during shipment). We will repair your piece if possible provided you pay the S&H. In the event of breakage, please save all original packaging and photograph the condition of the box and piece for documentation.
*We will accept returns provided the item is in the same condition it was sent to you. Returns will be accepted at your own expense, within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. CAUTION: If item is returned broken & insurance was not purchased a refund will NOT be issued.
*CUSTOM ORDER EXCHANGES will only be accepted if the custom piece is something I can sell in my shop. If it is too specialized or personalized I can not accept it for an exchange or refund.
Postage and payment policy
*We ship USPS First Class Mail. Please expect 5-10 business days for your piece to arrive. We ship from a small US Post Office in Aransas Pass, Texas and shipments within the USA normally take 5-10 days. For non-USA shipments we will provide a tracking number for you to monitor status of your shipment.
* IF you want PRIORITY SHIPPING, INSURANCE, or another carrier such as UPS or FedEX, just convo us before purchase and we will adjust the listing for you. OR we can send a revised invoice via PayPal to adjust for the additional shipping charges.
*We typically ship the next day after payment is received. However, we don't ship on Saturday or Sunday.
*We like to send you a personal convo letting you know that your payment was received and when your piece is shipping. We also like to leave that information on your feedback.
*Shipping glass and wood sculpture is expensive~ It is heavy and fragile! We take great care in packaging your piece for shipment. We use large boxes and extra bubble wrap and peanuts. Our shipping charges accurately reflect the care we take when packaging your piece.
