Cancellation and return policy

You may return an item for refund* or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return. I am not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All hair accessories must be returned in its original condition.

*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PAYMENT
Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer your bank may charge you a fee, this fee is to be paid by you not Hair Flair Creations.
You may only pay by cash IF you live in the UK and you are personally collecting your purchase from our address.

Any purchases made must be paid for within 7 days or the items will be cancelled and relisted.

A reminder email will be sent if I have no contact after 3 days of you placing your order.

SHIPPING
Items can be shipped to U.K and other International destinations first class. Items can also be sent recorded on request (prices will vary for recorded)

Please give at least 7 - 14 working days for your items to arrive, if you require faster shipping please contact me.

Custom items may take longer due to making each item from scratch but I will do my upmost to ensure you will not have to wait long. I will keep in contact with you at all times and keep you updated.
