Terms & Conditions

• With the goods delivered you will receive a covering letter as the receipt of your purchase and certificate of guarantee.

• All customers under 18 years of age are have to have their guardians approval for the purchase.

• All prices include VAT.


Cancellation and return policy

Delivery terms

• Normal delivery time is 2-10 days. Goods will be delivered to the post office desired or straight to your home. If the goods ordered are not available the customer will receive a notification of the matter.

• We ship all packages by Post. Payment methods are: Paypal, Visa, AMEX, Eurocard and Mastercard services.

• Delivery costs to Finland are 5 euros. Orders over 100 euros are delivered to Finland free of charges. Delivery costs to other Eu countires are 7 euros. Only payment method for orders outside Finland is creditcard.

• We deliver goods inside the European Union (EU) with our standard delivery charge 15 Euros. We can post also other countries, please email us to get the shipping costs outside of Europe.

• If the client frequently orders and approves the order but the goods are not picked up at the delivery point, we refuse to continue deliveries to the customer in question.

Return Policy

• You may return an item or items and get full refund, or exchange the items, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the items must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it. With the returnable goods please provide us with your account number and the reason for the return. The postage cost will not be returned.

• We refund your money as soon as possible, it will not take more than 30 days. If you havent received your money in that time, please contact our customer service.

• You can return the items by Post. If you are sending the returnable goods by Post, address it to: Hau Hauz, Elotie 1 B 19, 20780 Kaarina , FINLAND . Customers outside Finland have to pay the shipping costs for the return.

Goods damaged during the trasportation

Sometimes it´s possible that even the carefully wrapped goods get damaged during transportation. It is crucial that you inspect the goods at the Post Office with a Post officer. If you receive a package or goods that have been damaged during transportation fill in a damage application at your Post Office. After informing the Post about the damaged goods contact our customer service ( info@hauhauz.com ) to agree on the delivery of new products.
