Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders take between 2 and 3 weeks from the time payment is received. Photographs of the progress of the work are sent.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are wrapped for gift, you can include a card with special text if you tell me in the comments of the order.
Delivery terms of free shipping
All shipments are made by postal service with tracking number.
I will need between 1-3 days to make the shipment.
The delivery times, once the shipment is made, will be approximately:
- Spain: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days, although it may vary depending on the country of destination.
- Rest of the World: 15-20 days, although it may vary depending on the country of destination.
Express delivery times
Express delivery is available with an additional charge, it will be made through an urgent courier company.
I will need between 1-3 days to make the shipment and once in possession of the courier company the delivery time will be approximately 5 business days.
The deadlines are merely informative and depend on the dates and if the order has to pass customs, in which case they may suffer delays.
I am not responsible for any delay caused by the courier company.
