Cancellation and return policy
Items are sent recorded delivery.
We are happy to replace any faulty or missing item.
Sometimes we ask for faulty items to be returned (don't worry - if we do we'll pay for postage).
If you change your mind and want to return then let us know within 7 days. You need to return the item unused and in its original packaging and condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs.
Contact us for a returns reference first otherwise it may delay your refund.
Commissions/personalised items may be exempt from full refunds - you'll be advised when you order.
