Payment is due immediately after purchase. Only Paypal is accepted, if you have trouble or concerns with Paypal, please do not hesitate to send me an email and I'll try my best to walk you through the procedures.

Cancellation and return policy

Please let me know if your items arrive damaged, or if you are unhappy with your order and we can come to a mutual agreement.

Postage and payment policy

Items will be shipped once a week in the middle of the week.

Shipping times:
Within Canada (Domestic): ~ 2 - 7 days
To the USA: ~ 7 - 14 days; depending on customs.
International: 5 - 10 days to reach your country, and then time is dependent on postal service there.

All sales are final. Jellybeans is not responsible for possible duties / taxes.
