Cancellation and return policy

I hope you will completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you have any problems please contact me and we will sort it out. For returns I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will refund via Paypal less original shipping charges. All items must be returned in original condition.

Postage and payment policy

All jewellery items are sent boxed and wrapped.

Orders will be posted within 48hrs for in stock items. Some of my pieces are made to order and so will take longer to ship. Please see individual listings for more information.

All packages are sent by insured, trackable and express service.
+ UK delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery
+ International delivery is by Royal Mail AIRSURE or International Signed For (depending upon the destination).

My shipping prices cover the cost of the services detailed above. If you would like your item sent by regular post/airmail the rates are -

$3.00/UK
$3.00/INTERNATIONAL. $.50/per additional item.

Please note - if you request basic delivery I will not hold any responsibility over loss or damage to your items. I cannot issue replacements or refunds for items sent via regular airmail.
