Clothing:
Dispatch is done 3 - 5 days after payment
The clothes are packed in a plastic bag and mailed in an envelope.
Watches:
Dispatch is done 6 - 9 days after payment
We designed a special box (dual cardboard, 30x30x15cm, filled with expanding foam)to guarantee a safe delivery by mail of the clocks. Clocks are supplied with the needles unmounted. You can find installation instructions in the package of needles. It's very simple!
Cancellation and return policy
We produce and pack carrefully our products but, if you have an issue (defect, size..), returns are accepted till 15 days after delivery.
All items must be return within the original packaging. Clothes must be unworn

Postage and payment policy
Underwear:
Delivery by Registered Letter with tracking number for all countries.
Watches and T-shirts:
Delivery by Registered Letter with tracking number for european countries and by International Express Mail with tracking number for other countries.
The Spanish Postal Company web is available in spanish and english.
