I have ordered from this shoppe before and will continue to order in the future. The customer service from this shoppe owner is awesome! The orders ships quickly and arrive in the US from Germany so much faster than I would expect. The items are also packaged very neatly and they arrive undamaged. I gave this gift to the breeder when we picked up our puppy. She shows and raises Weimaraners. The earrings are super cute and really well made. I don't typically write reviews unless I feel the product is worthy of it and these absolutely are!! These earrings are so adorable. I didn't look at the dimensions before ordering but they are the perfect size small and have amazing detail. Beautifully crafted and just adorable!! Fits on the ear nicely! I ordered them for a friend but may just have to order a pair for myself for how cute they are!

Katchen Designs started out as a simple thought: I love bright and colorful jewelry, but at times when pastels are in, you can't really get it in stores. What to do about it? Exactly: just make it yourself. Over time, more and more people complimented me on my jewelry and told me that I could actually sell it. It took me a bit of time to realize that they are right and to gain confidence about my creative skill. After all, I adore my jewelry and so do my friends, so why wouldn't potential customers love it as well?

I chose to sell jewelry from Fimo (a hardenable modeling clay similar to Polymer Clay), because the material is great: the creation process is fun and you get amazing colors and a long-lasting product. Plus, I love baking, so basically everything that you can smush together and then put into an oven makes me happy.

When I design, I think of my favorite things and then how I can transform them into earrings. All of the designs, fine lines as well as mini dots, are not painted, but made from 100 % Fimo. Even though small details take more time this way, it's marvelous to see how everything comes together made from one material only--and how this one material can create so many different designs.

I think that my love of creation is transported onto my jewelry. That's why I hope that you enjoy my designs as much as I do ♥!

All my jewelry was designed as stable as possible. Fragile spots are reinforced. It can withstand daily use.

BUT PLEASE, STILL PAY ATTENTION:
Please think twice if an owl earring with thin feet or a bunny ear stud that has fragile ears is suitable for (let's say) a small girl. "Round" designs (e.g. sheep or cats) where nothing sticks out too much are most stable.

♥ Please do not ever carry your jewelry in your wallet or other places where a lot of pressure or hard objects act upon it.

♥ Please do not swim, shower with, or go to sleep with your jewelry.
