Terms & Conditions

Most pieces are made to order, and unless a listing specifically states otherwise, your purchase will be shipped within two (2) days of receipt of payment.

Purchases are shipped via Canada Post's "Light Packet Air" service (which does not include insurance or tracking capabilities), and I will send you an email confirming the date. Your jewellery will be tissue wrapped and tucked into an organza bag, ready for gift giving, and securely packed in a padded envelope.

Cancellation and return policy

Although I sincerely hope that this will not be the case, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email me within one day of receipt and mail the item back, at your expense and in good condition. On my receipt of same, the original purchase monies (less shipping and handling) will be refunded via Paypal.

Postage and payment policy

As I`m located in Canada, the only form of payment accepted is Paypal.

Shipping and handling charges are the equivalent of $4.50 CAD to all locations outside of the North America.

There is an additional charge of .50 cents per item for combined shipping.
