Cancellation and return policy

SHIPPING:
I ship within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment - or faster! All items are in stock and ready to go, so no annoying delays. Your hat or fascinator will be safely and attractively boxed for its journey and shipped via:
UK: Royal Mail 1st Class (1 to 2 days)
INTERNATIONAL: Royal Mail Airmail (4 to 10 days)

SHIPPING COSTS:
Listed shipping costs cover Postage & Packaging.

IMPORT DUTY:
Import duty may sometimes be applied by customs to purchases made from outside the EU. If you'd like to know if a purchase might be liable, let me know and I'll do a little research for you!

RETURNS:
If you don't love it - send it back! Returns accepted within 14 days, just let me know what's on its way for a full refund, minus shipping. Unworn condition only.
