First Clare-shop sells merchandise through the site DaWanda.
Second We reserve the right to withdraw from the sale of certain products on the store's website.
Third Shipping orders are carried out through the Polish Post Office within 3-6 working days after posting the money to our account.
4th Added to each order are the shipping costs 3 Euro
5th Goods always packed securely.
6th In the absence of payment within 7 days from the date of the contract shall be rescinded and the product is put up for sale again
Cancellation and return policy
Returns
First Customer may return goods purchased in our store for any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery.
This is possible only if the product was not used, copied or in any way damaged and is in original packaging.
Second Returned goods should be returned together with the received along with the receipt and decorative packaging in which the product is delivered to the customer.
Complaints
First If, after receipt of the goods the client finds technical defects or damage during delivery, please contact us by phone or by email and send it by post, by registered mail to the address store.
Second We do not accept any parcels sent COD.
Third Costs of returning the goods advertised, we pay immediately upon receipt and favorable consideration of the complaint. For returned products must be accompanied by a receipt and information about the defect in the product. All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of receipt.
